First, try restarting your game client if your VP purchase did not get updated on your account after you made the purchase. If the problem persists, please send us a ticket with the information below.

Menu > Service Center > 1:1 Inquiry > Payment
Fill out the form and provide the following information:
- Account Nickname (IGN)
- Server
- Exact/Approximate date and time of transaction
- Transaction amount
- Screenshot of Transaction Receipt (contains details of the made purchase, cover/blur any personal information)
- Screenshot of the account's current VP balance
