There is a section at the upper part of the game screen, where it displays the remaining time before you are eligible for receiving the Attendance Rewards. After 30 minutes of login time, click on the 'Receive Rewards' button to acquire the provided rewards. These reset every 00:00 (UTC+0) Server Time.
