When a client crash happens constantly, please send us a Support ticket with the 'dump file(.mdmp)'.
This file will help us detect what is causing the crash.
The file can be found by following the instructions below:
1. Go to ‘Steam\steamapps\common\GrandChase’ folder.
2. Then look for ‘grandchase_10641_crash_2021_8_18T14_16_27C0.mdmp’.
3. In the Support ticket, click on 'Select Files' and attach the file before you click 'Submit'.
