Game Disconnects and Crash Issues

Disconnects during gameplay may have been caused by PC or network environment in which the gameplay occurs. We would strongly recommend players to send us their PC spec so that we may find possible solutions for the player.


We also ask that players send us the dump file (*.dmp) and log file (*.log) found in the folder where Return Alive is installed. (The dump file and log file may not exist depending on the situation.)


■ dmp file location

If there are files that begin with UE4CC-Windows in C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Local\Project_S\Saved\Crashes\, please compress the most recent folder and sent it to us.


■ log file location

If there are Project_S.log or Project_S-backup-date.log  files in C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Local\Project_S\Saved\Logs\ , please compress and send all files to us.


We will try our best to analyze the dump and log file sent to us to solve your issue as soon as possible.
