1. Check the network connections

 - If the data network is not stable, the game may disconnect you. Please try again when you are connected to a stable network.

2. Check to see if there are multiple apps in use at the same time.

- If there are multiple apps in use at the same time, it could cause tie up some of your device's available memory, and can be a cause of lag/crash. Please end all apps you are not using and try again.
