You can submit your concerns by following the steps below:

- Access the official KurtzPel Website on your browser.

- Go to the “Support” tab on the upper right side of the site and click on “Customer Service”.

- To escalate the bugs or glitches you have encountered, click the 1:1 Inquiry.

- Fill out the form. (We recommend our players to provide a screenshot and/or a video with detailed information on how you encountered the bug/glitch).

- Once done, click on “Submit” button
