You can submit your concerns by following the steps below:

- Access the official KurtzPel Website < https://www.kurtzpel.com/ > on your browser.

- Go to the “Support” tab on the upper right side of the site and click on “Customer Service”.

- To report the suspected player, click the 1:1 Inquiry.

- Fill out the form. (Please also provide the player’s information and the screenshot and/or video evidence(s) against the reported player).

- Once done, click on “Submit” button.
