GrandChase has a refund system regarding purchases in the cash shop.

Other than certain items that are sent directly to your inventory, the items purchased in the Cash Shop are moved to [Purchased Item Storage]. Players may refund the items in the storage using the system.

However, cash items that are not sent directly to the inventory cannot be refunded. Make sure to check the guide message.
