I get a pop-up window that says that a hack program has been detected.

Game will be terminated.] Message is an error message that pops up when a third-party program use has been detected by the GrandChase or due to unstable network connection.Please check if any programs such as AlYac, Avast, and/or other security related programs running in the background that may cause some interference with the game. I would like an item restored

My client keeps crashing
