I've played this game before, where are the other characters?
We know you missed all of our GrandChase members and we hear you loud and clear! You can check in-game for currently available characters. Do not worry as more are coming soon, so stay tuned for updates!
How can I report another player who is using cheats/hacks or exploiting bugs?
Please take screenshots and videos of the incident(s).  You can submit your report(s) by following the steps below: Menu > Service Center > 1: 1 Inquiry > Bug Report  - Fill out the form (Please also provide the player’s information and the screenshot and/or video evidence(s) against the reported player). - Once done, click on the “Submit” button.
Language Support for GrandChase Classic players
As it is a universal language, English is preferred when communicating with our Game Support team. This, however, will not deter us from providing assistance to Chasers uncomfortable with the language. We'll do our best - with the help of available tools - to communicate effectively.
How can I provide feedback or suggestions?

How can I refund my purchases?
In-game VP purchases are non-refundable. Please note that there is a notification at the bottom part of the purchase window to remind you that the transaction is not eligible for refunds.
