If Steam client is used, VP purchase and other in-game functions can only work when a certain Steam client setting is activated. Check if 'Steam Overlay' is enabled in Steam Client. Follow the steps below:

 1. Press 'Steam' found in the upper part of Steam Client.

 2. Press 'Settings' under 'Steam' to open a new window.

 3. Press 'In-Game' under settings.

 4. Check if 'Activate Steam Overlay while in Game' is checked on or not.

Once Steam Overlay is activated, please restart GrandChase game client to check. You can continue with the purchase when a new window pops up for Steam purchases.

For purchases outside of Steam Platform, please refer to the purchase system for that individual platform.
