When personal network connection is unstable, network issues may cause the monsters to take no damage or lose no HP. You can check party network connection by seeing the circle icon located at the bottom of character illustration of individual party members.

Green: Stable

Yellow: Unstable

Red: Very Unstable

We recommend that players play in green, or stable setting. If the network is unstable, we suggest checking network devices to fix the network issue.
