If you are using Intel internal graphics and external graphics card together,

The game may be using internal graphics instead of the external graphics.

If you are using NVIDIA Graphics card, you may change your settings to alleviate the issue.

The detailed steps are as below:

1. Right click on desktop and press <NVIDIA>.

2. Go to <3D Settings> and then to <Manage 3D Settings.

2-1. If there is basic graphic processor slot, change it from [Auto Select] to [High-Performance NVIDIA Processor].

3. From settings, select <Open GL Rendering GPU> and select External Graphics Card.

4. Press <PhysX Composition Setting> and select External Graphics Card in <Select PhysX Processor>.
