GrandChase Classic FAQ Technical Issue
I disconnect during gameplay

Disconnects during gameplay may have been caused by PC or network environment in which the gameplay occurs. We would strongly recommend players to send us their PC spec so that we may find possible solutions for the player.

* Even if the player is using a high-end PC, certain Graphics Card or OS may cause some problems to occur. We strongly recommend players to advise us on the exact spec of the PC so that we may look into the issue at hand.

We also ask that players send us the log file found in the folder where GrandChase Classic is installed. (The log file may not exist depending on the situation.)

■ How to check Computer Specs

The computer specs in use can be found in the [DirectX Diagnosis Tool] window.

1. Press windows key [Start] → [Run] → Enter "dxdiag" → [OK] to pop-up [DirectX Diagnosis Tool] window.

2. Please press Save All Information to save information on DxDiag and attach the files.

■ LOG file location

If you have the files GameLog.txt in the directory for GrandChase Classic, we’d like you to attach and send them to us.

We will try our best to analyze and make adjustments after looking into the file.
