The file can be found in the directory below.
1. Move to the directory: 'Steam\steamapps\common\GrandChase' folder.
2. Find 'grandchase_~~~.mdmp' file.
3. Attach the file in the ticket by pressing 'Select File' to attach the file before pressing 'Submit'.
