I'm encountering some issues with the Game Client. (Disconnect, Error message, cannot update, etc.)

My client keeps crashing

I disconnect during gameplay

I get a pop-up window that says that a hack program has been detected.

I cannot chat with English

I can't run on Mac/Mac Windows
