There may be some issues with chat in Windows 11 Version 22H2. Please follow the following guidelines in such cases:

1. Go to program and head to input settings.

2. Select [Language and Region] in Time and Language > Input.

3. Go to Language > English > [...] to open language option window.

4. Go to Time and Language > Language and Region > Option > Keyboard. Press [...] to open Keyboard Option window.

5. Go to Time and Language > Language and Region > Option > Microsoft Input > Turn off Microsoft IME and turn it back on.
